John Ensminger joins Broadway Bank as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. He brings 19 years of IT cross-functional, architecture, transformation and leadership experience. As CTO, Ensminger drives technology innovation and transformation, optimizing the banking experience for Broadway Bank customers and employees. He is a US Army veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from Our Lady of the Lake University. Ensminger’s experience includes prior leadership roles in the medical device and financial services industry. He also is co-inventor on two patents.

Cyber security experts at Broadway Bank are spending some time back in the classroom. This time they are at the front of the class, mentoring and coaching students in a worldwide cyber security challenge. Barnes has profit and loss responsibility for the retail lines of business and provides leadership and strategic initiatives to create superior customer experiences across an evolving omni-channel and digital environment. Prior financial services experience includes 18 years as a marketing officer at community-based financial institutions in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Fort Worth where he was recognized for his award-winning marketing initiatives.
