In keeping with our commitment to improving the health of our employees and communities, Broadway Bank no longer hires tobacco or nicotine users. All candidates who are considered for a position with Broadway Bank will be screened for nicotine as part of the pre-employment process. Nicotine includes all tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco and electronic cigarettes. Individuals who test positive for nicotine will not be eligible for employment until they test negative.
