*Broadway Bank Business Visa® Debit Card Rewards Program Agreement Cash Program Overview

The Cash Back Program provides Business Checking Accounts with cash back rewards for using their Broadway Bank Business Visa® Debit Card when making Point of Sale (POS) purchases. This agreement covers the terms and conditions of this program. BNB business customers enrolled in the program are referred to in this agreement as “participants”, “you”, “your”, or “cardholders.” 

*Cash Back Rewards Programs General Terms and Conditions 

The following are the General Terms and Conditions for the Cash Back Rewards Program: 

  1. Eligibility is restricted to Broadway Bank customers whose accounts are in good standing. 
  2. The rewards and benefits described herein are offered at the sole discretion of Broadway Bank. 
  3. The terms of the Rewards Program are void where prohibited by federal, state or local law. 
  4. Broadway Bank reserves the right to cancel, change in part or temporarily suspend the Rewards Program at any time without notice. 
  5. In the event of fraud, gaming or abuse of the Rewards Program privileges or violation of program rules, Broadway Bank reserves the right to adjust the amount of the rewards given, un-enroll customers from the Rewards Program, and/or close the account. 
  6. Every effort has been made to ensure the information provided regarding the Rewards Programs is accurate and complete. Broadway Bank is not responsible for errors and omissions. 
  7. Cash back rewards are based on how the transaction is processed by the merchant and presented to Broadway Bank. Broadway Bank is not responsible for merchant’s decision on how the transaction is processed through the network system. 
  8. Program participants or any other beneficiary of reward benefits releases, discharges and holds harmless Broadway Bank, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, successors, assignees and Visa® from any and all claims, damages or liabilities. 
  9. Neither Broadway Bank, Visa® nor any other entity associated with the Rewards Programs has any liability arising from or related to such rewards programs. 
  10. Broadway Bank may be required to send and file a 1099-MISC (Miscellaneous Income) for the year in which cash back earned exceeds an amount set by the Internal Revenue Service. You are responsible for any personal tax liability related to participation in the Rewards Program as a result of money received through the Cash Back Program. Consult a Tax Advisor if you have any question about your tax situation. 
  11. All questions regarding the accrual/calculation of cash back shall be resolved at the sole discretion of Broadway Bank. 
  12. Customer may un-enroll from the Cash Back Rewards program at any time by making the request to any Broadway Bank employee. 
  13. Customers will forfeit any rewards if they un-enroll before the end of their service charge cycle. 
  14. Credits/deposits will appear on the statements and can be viewed online within 1 business day after the end of the service charge cycle end date. 
  15. If the service charge code on the account is set to waive all fees for the account in question then no rewards will be earned in that service charge cycle.

Cash Back Details

Customers will be able to earn cash back on net qualified purchases made during the service charge cycle period. Net qualified purchases are defined as the POS dollar value of goods and services purchased with your Business Visa® Debit Card during the service charge cycle associated with your account (ATM transactions are excluded). The cash back awarded is a percentage** of every $1 spent on qualifying purchases and will be predetermined by the Bank. The cash back reward will be automatically deposited into the account associated with the Business Visa® Debit Card at the end of the service charge cycle. Credits will appear on the statement and can be viewed online within 1 business day after the deposit. Please see the current account menu board to determine which accounts are eligible for the cash back rewards.**Cash back rewards earn a rate determined at Broadway Bank’s sole discretion and is subject to change at any time.
