  • Our drive-thrus remain open during regular business hours. A majority of your banking can be completed at any of our drive-thrus.

For the health of our customers, vendors and our Broadway Bankers the use of face masks or coverings is strongly encouraged upon entering the building. In addition, we respectfully ask that social distancing is maintained.

We're following CDC guidance, and creating an environment for our customers and employees where:

  • Hand sanitizer is available at each desk so hands can stay clean
  • Kleenex is readily available to cover coughs and sneezes
  • Sneeze guards have been added to all teller counters
  • The use of masks or face coverings are strongly encouraged
  • For security purposes, we may ask you to remove your face mask
  • To ensure customer safety, there may be a wait as we are following social distancing practices

For the safety of our staff and the community, we have made temporary adjustments to some of our financial centers—including lobby closures—however, we have broadened our drive-thru services and have placed staffing of our drive-thrus as a priority, so you'll still get the same great service without leaving your car.
