Improvements to your Broadway Bank Online and Digital Banking* experience are now live. These updates are part of our commitment to providing you with a modern banking experience that’s locally sourced and personally delivered. Here's what you need to know.
What’s Improving:
• Modern, streamlined design for both desktop and mobile
• Unified view of account details across all platforms
• New features like hiding accounts from your summary page
• Easier access to Zelle® and “Open a New Account” options
What You Need to Do:
• Update your Broadway Bank App or enable auto-updates to always have the latest version
• Sign in and explore the new features
• Be aware that automatic updates through Intuit Quicken or QuickBooks will not be available for five business days
What’s Not Changing:
• Your User ID and password remain the same
• All your payment information and limits stay intact
• All current services are still available
