Information you need to know
To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program and share the offer with the referred person. A Referrer may receive up to ten (10) Visa® Reward Cards ($500 value) within a calendar year, only if the referred person completes the qualifying activities.
Qualifying Activities:
The Referred Person must meet the following qualifying activities within 60 days of account opening to earn a $50 Visa Reward Card: register for the offer, open a new Broadway Bank Free Checking account, complete fifteen (15) debit card transactions (excluding ATM transactions) and enroll in eStatements. Only one $50 Visa Reward Card may be earned per qualifying new account opened. The Visa Reward Card may be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC. Broadway Bank reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time.
To qualify for this offer, the referred person must not have had any type of personal checking account with Broadway Bank within the last 6 months. Broadway Bank employees and directors are ineligible to participate in this offer.
Please allow 4-6 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Visa Reward Card. The Reward Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions delivered with the card, including limitations on types of transactions for which they may be used. The Visa Reward Card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted within the U.S. only. Visa is a registered trademark of Visa, Inc. Visa is not a participant or sponsor of this promotion. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Reward Card will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided. The Reward Cards will be mailed to the addresses provided within the ReferLive™ registration system and are only valid for three (3) months after issuance. The date of the reward card expiration is embossed on the front of the reward card. Upon expiration, reward card balances are no longer available.
The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Broadway Bank or ReferLive™. Each person who registers at ReferLive™ authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive™ or within such email.
