Bohne joins Broadway Bank following eight years as the president of USAA Federal Savings Bank, where he spent most of his 22-year career in various executive positions. Bohne is a native of San Antonio and has a Master of Business Administration from The University of Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University. He formerly served on the boards of United Way San Antonio, the San Antonio Children’s Shelter, and United Services Organization (USO) of San Antonio.
Goudge served as Chairman & CEO of Broadway Bank for more than a decade, continuing the tradition of strength and stability that has kept the family-owned bank as a model for community banking. He is now serving as Chairman, confident that the time was right to relinquish his role as CEO. He worked for the National Bank of Commerce, Allied American Bank, and Kelly Field National Bank prior to joining Broadway Bank as Lending Division Manager in 1989. He was named President and CEO in 1998 before ascending to chairman and CEO in 2001. He was appointed to the board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB) in May 2014. He is a member of the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation Executive Committee and the Childsafe Advisory Council. He also is on the Board of Directors of the United Way and chair of the Loaned Executive Committee for their annual campaign. He is a member of the American Bankers Association Government Relations Council and The Argyle Board. Additionally, he serves on the Southwest Research Institute Board of Trustees. He is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.
As vice chairman of the Broadway Bank Board of Directors since 2002, McKinney focuses on business development for the Commercial Lending, Private Banking and Wealth Management divisions. He has 40 years of banking experience in the San Antonio region. McKinney has a degree in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves as a director for USAA Real Estate Company, Luby’s, Inc., Prodigy Communications Corporation and as Trustee for U.S. Global Investors Funds. He has served as the chairman for numerous economic and development organizations.
Hartenstine joined Broadway Bank in 1992 and presently serves as
the Chief Banking Executive where he provides leadership for the Private
Banking, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Treasury Solutions, Consumer
Banking and Property Management in all markets. He has served in various
leadership roles including President of the Broadway Bank Austin Region where
he led the bank’s expansion north starting in 2012 and Group Executive Vice
President - Division Manager of Private Banking. He also serves as an advisory
board member for the bank. Hartenstine has more than 37 years of experience in
the banking and finance industry. He has degrees from the Graduate School of
Banking from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, a Master of Business in
International Finance from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of
Science from Southwest Texas State University. Hartenstine is a member of the
TBA Services Company (TBASCO) Board as well as the President's Council of Dell
Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas. He currently serves on the
Banker Advisory Board for the Graduate School of Banking at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. Hartenstine is a past member of the board of directors for
Zach Theatre Trustees, Mission Road Ministries and Crosspoint Inc. He chaired
the Annual KLRN San Antonio Wine Festival and the 2003 Mission Road Ministries
annual gala. Hartenstine served as a San Antonio Fiesta Commissioner, a
Founding Board of Director for the San Antonio Business Development Fund and
completed the Leadership San Antonio (LSA) class of 1999–2000
Mawyer leads teams at 36 financial centers across the San Antonio and Austin regions offering excellence in relationship banking, private and business banking and wealth management services. Mawyer builds upon the Broadway Bank foundation of elevating the customer experience by focusing on simple financial solutions, innovative products and services, and excellent customer service. She has 25 years of experience in the banking industry and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Mawyer is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Product Manager, and is Net Promoter Certified. She supports her community as a volunteer with Avance San Antonio and United Way, and previously served as a board member for Family Violence Prevention Services in San Antonio.
