History of Keith M. Orme and Pat Vigeon Orme Charitable Foundation, Inc.

Pat and Keith were brought up to live Luke 12:48 – Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required.

Pat is a native San Antonian. Keith was born and reared in Idaho, but a job opportunity brought him to San Antonio in 1968 and he quickly fell in love with the city and Texas. Pat graduated from the University of Texas-Austin with a degree in education. Keith did graduate work at Harvard Business School, earning an MBA with Distinction. He served one year on the staff of HBS as a research assistant. He had executive positions in Minnesota and Utah before arriving in San Antonio to become President of Conroy, Inc., an American Stock Exchange company. He sold the last division of Conroy and retired in 1988. Pat had several interesting jobs but especially loved her career as a broker and company partner in commercial real estate.

With their time, talent, and treasure, over the years they have supported various charitable organizations and endeavors here and in Africa.
