We're committed to the communities we serve
At Broadway Bank, our commitment to providing excellence in service extends far beyond banking. It includes giving back to the communities where we live and work—striving to make a difference each and every day.

Care Corps
Broadway Bank's Care Corps employee volunteer program supports access to academic achievement and resources for families. We believe our communities will be healthier and stronger for a brighter future by supporting education and social services. Together, we can have a greater impact!
In 2024, Broadway employees donated over 17,000 volunteer hours to over 450 nonprofit organizations. To learn more about our initiatives in 2024, view our Community Service Report.

Financial Literacy
Personal financial education is more important than ever. Unfortunately, not everyone has access to it—especially those who need it most. To better serve the community we love, our volunteers partner with local schools, nonprofit organizations and businesses to facilitate financial literacy classes on a wide variety of topics including budgeting, how credit works and how to develop skills to make wise financial decisions.

Education
Broadway Bank's Co-founder Betty Cheever was a kindergarten teacher before sitting on the board of directors, and education has always been a pillar of Broadway's community involvement. Broadway supports education through mentorship programs and provides access to resources for students and teachers. We are proud to award scholarships, sponsorships and donations to education programs and students across our footprint. We take pride in making positive change in the lives of kids through encouragement, education and helping them reach their full potential.

Social Services
Supporting social services is essential to creating strong families and communities. By investing in initiatives that address societal needs, we contribute to the overall well-being of our neighbors. Broadway Bank gives back to organizations that assist with food and housing insecurity, disaster relief, support for veterans, pet rescues and more. From delivering hot meals to seniors for Meals on Wheels or building an affordable home for Habitat for Humanity, we work hard to invest in the people in our community to make a positive impact.
