John Cruz has joined the Broadway Bank Commercial Banking Division as senior vice president, commercial lender with more than 18 years of experience in the banking industry, guiding clients in making educated banking and business decisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in accounting and finance from Trinity University and a Master of Science in accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Cruz serves on the board of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, is president of Still Water Christian Ministries and is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club, Thru Project and the Rey Feo Consejo Education Foundation.
Matthew Delgado joins Broadway Bank as a senior vice president, commercial lender in the Middle Market Commercial Banking Division. He has 12 years of experience in the banking industry specializing in commercial and industrial financing, underwriting and managing portfolio profitability. Delgado holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He serves on the North Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab Board, Edgewood Education Foundation Board, UIW Development Board and Blessed Sacrament School Board. Delgado also active in the alumni associations for Central Catholic High School and UTSA.
Broadway Bank welcomes Alyssa Hartlage as senior vice president, commercial real estate lender in the Commercial Banking Division. She brings almost 13 years of commercial real estate lending and underwriting experience. Hartlage holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She serves on the board of directors for Respite Care of San Antonio, is a member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
