Broadway Bank is the winner of the 2020 International Data Corporation (IDC) Omni-Experience Award for Digital Banking. IDC is a leading media, data and marketing service company that provides market intelligence, advisory services, and events for the information technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets. Each year this group recognizes leaders within these industries that have created exceptional financial services for clients and customers. Our innovation department applied for this opportunity several months ago, submitting information around our digital banking features. Some time had passed so imagine our excitement when we learned that we won! We were judged against other financial institutions worldwide and took home the prize for our award-winning Online and Mobile Banking services. Winners of the 2020 IDC Real Result Awards were announced during a live webcast and were described as being “the technological backbone of the financial services industry.” This year’s nominees were reviewed with a different lens than years past. The review committee was looking for brands that delivered essential tools and services needed to survive these unprecedented times.
