Broadway Bank has been informed of a new phishing scam targeting our customers by phone calls and text messages. Please know that Broadway Bank protects your financial information and will never text or call to ask customers to verify personal information such as your social security number, account numbers, username and password, PINs, etc.

In some cases, the caller ID has been manipulated to present our toll free phone number and make it appear as if they are Broadway Bank representatives. The scammer may claim the customer’s debit card was used in another state as a way to verify personal information and gain access to bank accounts.

If you receive a suspicious call or text, we ask that you don’t provide any personally identifiable information about your accounts. Instead, please call Broadway Bank directly at 1 (800) 531-7650 to report the incident to a Customer Service Representative.
