How it works:

• Provide check issuance records through an import file or manual entry.
• As checks are presented for payment, the bank matches incoming items with the outstanding issue records.
• Suspect items are online for review and notifications are sent via email. Pay or return the items as needed, or establish a default to pay/return all suspect items. Decisions can be made until 1 p.m. CST.
• Optional payee match includes comparing the payee name against the issue record, providing additional protection.
• Teller line access – items presented at a Broadway Bank financial center are compared to check numbers and dollar amounts against your issue records.
  
• Enhance your internal controls with segregated duties.

ACH Positive Pay

How it works:

• Control who is authorized to debit your account with predefined ACH rules.
• ACH rules can be customized to include dollar thresholds..
• Receive email alerts for suspect items and review unauthorized debits online. Pay or return the items as needed or establish a default option for all items.
