Broadway Bank Wins Best Digital Solution Award
The 2022 Bank Customer Experience Summit, held this year in Chicago, recognizes innovation in banking with an annual awards event. This year, six digital-leading financial institutions across the country were recognized at the special awards show with a series of videos and company highlights. Broadway Bank proudly took home the Best Digital Solution Award for our online customer experience and branch search function. The Broadway Bank online experience continues to be second-to-none for service and functionality.
“When we announced our partnership with Allpoint earlier this year and expanded our ATM network, we knew we needed a sophisticated solution for customers to find a nearby location,” said Bryce Hall, SVP and Creative Services Manager. “Our teams worked together to create a modern and easier experience that allows users to search and filter for a financial center, LPO and ATM locations, all at their fingertips.
