Broadway Bank Names New Board Chair

We're proud to announce Rick Timmins as the new chair of our board of directors. The Austin-based business leader has served on the bank’s board since 2017 and is the Board Chairman of the Central Texas Angel Network (CTAN), an Austin-based angel investing group. His appointment took effect on April 1, 2022.
