Broadway Bank Awards Three Students with Scholarships Through Broadway Banker Family Scholarship Program
Broadway Bank is proud to announce the winners of its 2025 Broadway Banker Family Scholarship Program, awarding three outstanding students with $5,000 scholarships each for the upcoming academic year.
The scholarship was developed by the bank’s BWell Career Sub-Committee in 2022 and launched in 2023. Created in recognition of Broadway Bank's founders, Charles E. Cheever Sr. and Elizabeth "Betty" Cheever’s ongoing legacy of championing education, the program supports the higher education goals of high school seniors of Broadway Bank employees.
Applicants are evaluated anonymously, with no identifying information shared with the selection committee to ensure a fair review process. Out of all the remarkable submissions this year, the committee awarded three scholarships.
